Tommy Rees hired as OC for the Failcons. I don't know what to say.

I think Stefanski usually calls plays, but he turned them over to Rees a few months ago, I believe. That didn't work out so well, so I suspect Stefanski will retain playcalling duties in Atlanta. That is Stefanski's strength, so I don't know why you would hire him if he isn't gonna call plays.

I think it was a "safe" hire and one of the ways to possibly keep Rodgers one more year. McDermott must not be ready to jump back into coaching because he would have been a better hire.
