They created a playoff because two SEC teams were in the BCSNC. Now the SEC is the first conference with two teams in the CFP. Lol

YES!!! I am so happy I'm almost crying! It will be tough to beat Clemson but I am still glad we are in!

Which may be the impetus for expanding the playoffs to six or eight teams, unfortunately.

Lol I don't know why some of ya'll are so mad at Dabo for voting Bama #5. It has & had no bearing on the committee selections. Gus already played us and didn't have to worry about playing us again, so no worries voting us #3. Dabo has no such luxury. Might as well give it the 'ole college try. We've been given a second chance (or 3rd), enjoy it.

I'm pretty sure Herbie doesn't really belong in this list. He's been saying since last night that he believed Alabama SHOULD be in the playoff over his alma mater, Ohio State.
