Casserole: Corn Casserole

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except for the cheese.

Pour into 9x13 inche casserole dish.

Bake for 45 minutes.

Remove from oven, and cover with cheese.

Return to oven until cheese is melted.

Remove from oven.

Serve warm.

Good stuff.

A slight variation is to use a little less butter, fry up 2-3 slices bacon crisp, crumble it up into the mixture along with about half of the bacon grease before baking.......

This is awesome! I made this for my wife last weekend and she was hooked on the first bite! This one is a keeper and we habe added it to our "rotation" of regulars recipies............great stuff and too easy!

Gotta put a little diced onion in this. My grandmother used to make a divine corn casserole! Them's good eats!
