The grass isn't always greener...............Sark is catching alot of flak for not letting Manning play the whole game
I was wondering how their fans are handling it.

I thought TOSU would win this game/playoff all along, but I was really surprised how UT's offense was stymied most of the game.

Sark never got a feel for what would work. That either means TOSU is that good on defense OR Sark's edge on imaginative plays has been figured out.

Makes sense. Last night felt like the national championship game to me
What I thought too.

It was a weird game though. It felt like TOSU was 2 or 3 TDs better than Texas the whole game but in the first half they shot themselves in the foot on almost every drive.

It was a home game for UT and they could never get any momentum and soon as they did it seems TOSU just "tried harder" and erase it.

2nd straight season no SEC team makes the final.

2nd straight season the Big Ten is likely to have the NC.

The shift is occurring, thanks to the portal and NIL being abused as pay for play.
Shift to B1G being better?

Don't agree. UM was a "team" formed of 4 and 5 years players in 2023.

TOSU is a 20 million team but put together better than most in the new NIL era.

It's two years of B1G NC for different reasons and the common denominator is top to bottom they have an easier road to the playoffs than the current SEC does with our parity.

A shift has occurred. Standard recruiting is not nearly as critical as it used to be. Buy a really great QB and you are halfway there. Buy a few more playmakers and look out. Not saying recruiting does not matter any longer, but just not what it used to be.
