Never would I do that. In the even I can't make the game I will give my tickets away to an Alabama fan. NO LSU FAN WILL POISON MY SEAT.

and would NEVER give my ticket to an LSU fan - they could get in the student section though..i'm not a student anymore, don't live anywhere near ttown, and sit in the student section EVERY game...so if that's where they wanted to be (don't know why they would) they could get there....

and i NEVER walk into Bryant-Denny without a Crimson shirt on :biggrin::BigA:

I totally agree. There shouldn't be any LSU people in the student section, and I'd obviously prefer that there wouldn't be any LSU people outside the section that they've been allotted tickets for. It would be real sweet though to see every Alabama fan wear crimson for the game. It should be a night game, so no one would wear white just so that they'll stay cool for the game.

I would love to have it a night. I love the way they let LSU play FLorida at night even though CBS hardly ever does night games just because LSU can't win games in the day time. Sad yes I know.

Alot of the LSU fans who have seen this thread plan on wearing crimson to the game, then changing into purple once inside the stadium.

Group of 12 LSU fans sitting in Bama student section

We've got 12 of us LSU fans coming over from B.R and N.O. ranging in age from 24-44 ... we've got Bama student section tickets and got them from one of my friends who is a student at Bama. He is going to upgrade them all for us (or may have already, I'm not sure).

Should be a lot of fun ... Looking forward to the trip and the taunting that we're going to receive.

The only crimson dress shirt I own is a Harley shirt. Guess it's Harley shirt with Bama tie. Won't be a problem since the wife and I are riding the hog to T-town anyway.

I did my part for the tix situation. My tickets are actually LSU visitor tickets. Picked them up through the office, which has season tix to LSU. I will be deep in enemy territory, carrying the spirit. Feel free to send reinforcements.

Well you would think however I can't tell you how many countless fans wear white Alabama or pink or black Alabama shirts to games. They are encouraging everyone to wear the same color. Maybe that will help you understand the logic better and will keep you from making such primitive sounds.

Too bad that the Yell Crew has not caught on with greater membership. Seeing their tiny clot of crimson shirts embedded in the student section is rather disappointing, IMHO.

Seems like their efforts to have everyone in crimson make no difference at all. That said, count me in! and Roll tide!

Wow after reading that thread it sure makes me proud to be an Alabama fan and be on a site like tidefans that will not allow the kind of talk they are using over there, just shows there intelligence level i guess. Im just glad all there fans are not like that, I really have met some nice LSU fans.....Once lol

Not being biased, but that's not even worth the effort and if they're looking to make a statement, I'm not sure what it would be. Oh well, you'll never see me wearing purple in Tiger Stadium and then taking it off to show my crimson...woo hoo!

So make sure you check the undershirts of whoever you sell tickets too if you do indeed HAVE to sell your tickets. Also make them say Les Miles Sucks, Nick Saban is god, and them have them sing "Yea Alabama" if they do all this then and only then should they have a chance to buy tickets.

...I really hope you're kidding. Are you going to check their Driver's License, as well? I'm sort of embarrassed for you, if you're really that worried about it.

I have season tickets on the first row of Crimson behind the visitors section, but I have yet to have a really bad experience being in the "thick of it" with the other team. A couple of the Arkansas fans were drunk and acting like total morons - but that only made the upset that much more enjoyable for all of us... I don't judge the entire fan base for the behavior of a couple of frat boys (I hope everyone else extends us that same courtesy, given our student section's recent bottle-heaving incident), in fact, I've always ended up shaking hands with folks after the games.



P.S. I always wear khakis and a crimson polo shirt, plus a crimson tide ballcap... does that sound like enough? I want to avoid being asked to fall prostrate in praise of Nick Saban as my lord and savior in order to get to my seat.
