Sorry to hear about Rogers Redding, best known for his awful unsportsmanlike call against Derrick Lassic in the '93 Sugar Bowl.

I remember that. Derrick spun the ball after his TD. You might say Derrick created that TD response. I think I saw it 8 or 9 times last night in the Stanford-TCU game. No penalties last night.

How do they even compute graduation rates anymore with the portal? Wonder if Clemson's Munson is any relation to the late UGA announcer Larry Munson.

In Georgia's favor, when you're a top program and a lot of guys are drafted early, how does that affect graduation rates. Plus, throw in the portal with all those comings and goings and what does that do. On the other hand, they can't even drive safely in Athens. Who's really worrying if a player graduates or not.

Clemson doesn't have any difference makers that I can see. Maybe 2-3 guys on D are good enough to play in the NFL but I don't see anyone on O especially at the skill positions.

No he isn’t related to Larry, and I get it’s tough with NIL and the portal. But how can you tell mama’s and Papa’s you will take care of their son and develop them in all phases of their life if you have the worst graduation rate in the country and your program student athletes are looked at as lawless and out of control? No, it’s further proof that Kirby is willing to take shortcuts to run Nick’s program without the dedication and disciple portions . Looks good on the field though so far.

Beck’s solid but I don’t get the first-rounder/Heisman hype around him. It’s harder without Bowers and McConkey to throw to.

100% agree. Plus he is coached by Bobo and I've never been impressed with Bobo. Monken was able to coach his players up but Bobo, not so much.

Agree completely with you and Munson. Not defending UGA's appalling off-field record, just wondering how they figure these things in this brave new world of CFB.
