Devastating Tornado Damage in Tuscaloosa

What looks to be an EF5 tornado. Apparently both DCH and University Mall have been damaged.

I watched it live on Fox 6 go straight across Tuscaloosa, just south of the campus and Bryant-Denny. It had to be an F5. It's headed toward downtown Birmingham now. It looked like something out of the movie 'Twister.'

The big one is still on the ground headed just north of B'ham. Got a live shot on Weather Channel right now. OMG! It's huge. Like some large black animal eating up the countryside. It's about a mile and half wide by current estimates. Holy Crap! Pray for those folks.....

They're saying it's been on the ground from T-town all the way to Bham. That's a fast moving storm.

Just watched the same tornado pass just north of downtown Birmingham. It's the biggest tornado I've ever seen, and it's still going.

IDK, just spoke w/ my daughter who lives in TUT. They haven't let them outside yet... but folks are saying south end of BDS got hit pretty hard.

Reports from B'ham say entire buildings are missing. Seems to be weakening a little now. But dang! That was on the ground a long time. and picked up steam going into B'ham moving at speeds upward of 60 mph..
Just heard from my cousin and two of her children's houses are completely gone. They're OK Thank God.

They were north of the mall on 82, just north of 15th st, on the west side.
