It appears that you're talking to me. BC's workouts occur in full view of many people. If one counts the total number of players and observers rotating through the weight room during his career (nothing new here about his routines) it would number in the hundreds. I'm hearing nothing new now that I haven't heard for the last couple of years. I'll turn it around for you - why wouldn't so many people know. The surprise to me is that it's only been talked about in smaller circles. If you don't think posters here know "doodley squat," perhaps you should find a board where they do. You're pretty close to calling me a liar. You have email...

Do you know if this is causing any problems with shula and brodie? Because in your earlier post you said that Johnston was not real pleased with his weight room efforts. I'm sure he reports this to Shula.

On that point, I haven't the slightest perspective. One would think it might. However, so far as I know, Croyle's been automatically pencilled into the #1 spot from almost the time he hit campus and on into Shula's era. He has an overwhelmingly talented arm, remember...

Amen brothers.

Tide-HSV: We all know Shaun Alexander was not the best running back to be in the game, because he was not active in the weight room.
Brodie may be one of those players that are "Gamers" (which personally, I think he is), like Sean Alexander, and Kieth McCants. And contrary to modern belief I am not convinced that bulk is good for every athlete, body tone is, but not Bulk, IMHO. Bulk is good for the physical players (ie: lines, te, some rb's, lb, saftey). IMHO, a quarterback needs to be in shape but does not need to be Mr. Universe.

And for the umpteenth time, realize 1)wr stone hands, 2) porous offensive line, and 3) NOT ALLOWED TO AUDIBLE LAST YEAR.

Look, guys, I'm going to close this thread. I think it's focussing, to an unhealthy degree on the personal habits of one player. This player's not perfect (none of them are), but overdue attention shouldn't be paid to it. All of them have flaws...

What I find very amusing here is, after 26 posts the thread was 'closed' so it didn't bring overdue attention to one players 'issues'.

Fast forward to 2024....we got '100' threads open on one player's 'issues'. Times certainly have changed!!!!
