I also think that another high profile attorney will step up and get involved in his behalf - way too much to gain publicity-wise for that NOT to happen, IMHO. We'll see.
Also, it's being reported that Nick's meds were changed just prior to the murders and that might figure strongly in his defense. Some are saying his behaviour was noticeably different when this took place.
