Duke Season tickets arrived today

I know I feel I am almost stealing from them. Got my tickets today as well. The funny thing is the "We are Duke magnet schedule "thingy that comes with it with coach Cutcliffe on it.

I never received an email. They just showed up.

Locally, Cutcliffe is guaranteeing that there will be more Duke fans there than Bama fans. I wouldn't hold my breath!!

That's funny. My brother lives in Raleigh, and I ordered the season ticket package for him this summer. I laughed because I told him that he has more Bama tickets than I do. I've been trying to get us four tickets for the Bama v. Penn St. game for a while now, but I told him this summer that I would be lucky if I could get two. Either way, I'll be in T-town for that one, and my brother will be at the Duke-Bama game.

There might be, if maybe they can get one more Duke fan there then there are Bama fans, he would be right. That is not saying much though, if Bama even comes close to the number of Duke fans there or excedes their numbers, what does that say about Duke, and Bama for that matter? He is in for a rude awakening with the number of Bama fans in this region that will take a once a decade-for some, lifetime, opportunity to get to a close game.

I received my 4 season tickets today. My wife and I will be staying with friends in Cary and all 4 of us will go to the game. My plan is to get the friends (a TN grad and a Wyoming grad) to join us in wearing crimson for the game.

I went to the Duke website and it said that general admission tickets are currently unavailable. The best bet is to call the Duke office and attempt to get single game tickets I think. With the deal, you got all the home games in general admission only.

The only reason we got the general admission deal is we are going to see other games as well. We have a Virginia fan in the family, and I will likely see that game with him.

Indeed, this is a deal! Received my four sets of general admission tickets yesterday, in Slidell. NCbamagirl, you beat me to the post. And, before I could reply, I had dadgum computer problems. Now back online in a limited way. Hooray!

I'll be selling four sets or tickets for the other six games. If I average face value for the 24 tickets, I'll make enough to pay for my trip to Durham and more. I'm a rookie at this ticket scalping business. :conf2: Does anyone have handy the internet addresses for stubhub.com, ebay.com, or craigslist.com?
