USF up 10-7 late in the 2nd qtr.

ODU's starting QB sat this one out (maybe he's injured), so the 2nd string guy started. Then he was knocked unconscious on his feet, so the 3rd string QB (true freshman) is playing now.

I think it's extremely rare for a new permanent coach to come in and coach their new team in a bowl game before their first full season. For one thing it's a bad look to suffer a loss out of the gate like that leaving the fanbase wondering in the off-season if the new coach may not be the answer.

For those that are interested, Louisville has renewed its long-term rivalry with Toledo in today's Bush's Baked Beans Bowl (or whatever this bowl is called).

So just tuned in. Appears attendance is lacking. Saw a view of stands and kinda looks like tickets might could have purchased right up until kickoff at a great price.
On football note, #7 on Toledo seems to be able to run at will. His passing is 50/50 at best. RTR
