I say there is no curse. I am superstitious just like any other sports fan or athlete. However, you could say the same about us and CBS. We got whooped on CBS last year, however we're 1-0 this year. Did we break that curse?

The "stupidstition" thing with some of these people has gotten old (GameDay crew coming to town, the "Corso" curse, etc.). REALLY old...

I agree, but I'm not in any hurry to see Bama on the front page of SI.

Curses are funny sometimes. A fan in front of me left to get a drink and when he returned, ARK had scored. He said that's what he gets for leaving. I don't recall him leaving again after that!

I couldn't care less about curses, etc.

Bring ESPN to town every chance we get...publicity helps in recruiting and as said earlier, if we are going to rise to the top, we need to be able to handle the distractions of being there.

That's okay

They'll be in T-Town for the Bama-LSU game, in a battle of undefeated, top 10 (top 5?) teams. ;)

Let'em go see if someone can knock off the reigning champ this week. Fair enough.

If we play to our capabilities, we will get all the attention, accolades and recognition deserved. And we'll be more than happy to earn it.

Roll Tide!

Here's hoping for an Alabama-USC Rose Bowl. Why not? :biggrin2:

Gameday...

Gameday, only comes to a campus once a season...the heads at ESPN are probably hoping that Bama wins and plan on coming later in the season to LSU or UT games. Plus, the weather is better in Bama late in the season than at other schools. This will be the only PAC-10 game they go to other than maybe the USC/UCLA game.

Don't worry about Gameday b/c if we keep winning I guarantee they will be on campus before the season is over.
