ESPNU live online coverage?

Last year, I was able to watch ESPNU live through the internet to keep up with NSD. Are they doing that again? I can't find it anywhere on their site that says that they are going to do that again. Please help! I'm at work!

ESPNU has Signing Day covered - Insider - ESPN

For the fourth year in a row, ESPNU, the 24-hour college sports network, will headline ESPN's multi-network coverage of National Signing Day with a comprehensive studio show, "ESPNU Recruiting Insider: National Signing Day", Wednesday, Feb. 4. This year's show will increase from seven hours to nine hours beginning at 10 a.m. through 7 p.m. ET. The show will be highlighted by exclusive live player announcements, in-depth analysis, news and highlights of top recruits and collegiate programs from around the country. The final 30 minutes of coverage will recap the show and the top recruiting classes for 2009 from 6:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. ESPN360.com will simulcast ESPNU's coverage from 3-5:30 p.m.

I believe ESPN360 is limited to a couple of internet providers. I know I can not get them with my Comcast internet access.
