Video: Film Guy - How Bama death squeezed Mizzou

  • HELLO AGAIN, Guest! We are back, live! We're still doing some troubleshooting and maintenance to fix a few remaining issues but everything looks stable now (except front page which we're working on over next day or two)

Thanks for your patience and support! MUCH appreciated! --Brett (BamaNation)

if you see any problems - please post them in the Troubleshooting board!

Brooks is my fav film guy right now.
I was actually searching for his deeper breakdown of our game yesterday but he hasn’t released it yet, guess he needs more than a day to break down film of multiple games haha. For some reason his priority was assessing the UGA-AU game, smh.

Zion Young is a good player who made some plays. But this makes his "flexing" over Germie on Bama's first drive loom so large and at the same time be so puzzling. Huge lift for Bama right when Bama needed it.
If I was Zion's agent, I'd say "I love the game-long effort, but gotta eliminate the selfish stupid penalty."

I put that penalty directly on Drink for having them so wound up for the game

I really like how he highlights plays that weren’t necessarily highlight plays in and of themselves, but show something important about how the game was called, a play was set up, or what the O or D was thinking.
He's really good at what he does. I loved when he was talking about the throw to Lewis (maybe?) down the sideline. He said they were in Cover 3 and basically KNEW the play would be successful simply because of our offensive alignment. We had one too many people for them to cover, and sure enough Ty hits him wide open. Credit to Grubb for recognizing that and credit to Ty and the boys for executing so well.
