FSU is no better than us in my opinion. Same record as our team but with a better win (Miami) and two equal or worse losses (UVA and Clemson). Add in the Troy scare, and I just don't understand how this team will finish any better than 7-5/8-4. I think we'd beat them this year and I like our chances next year. I told a Florida fan that last weekend and he laughed. FSU is quickly heading towards the second teir in their state, below Florida and Miami.

I think Alabama would walk all over fsu. They haven't played a defense that's nearly as good as Bama's.

By replacing a mediocre (at best) starting quarterback with an outstanding sophomore who looked liked the second coming of Philip Rivers!

According to the AD, Amato's job has never been in jeopardy. I don't know how true that is, but I think Amato's response after the game says it all: "Critics? What critics? I don't have any idea what you're talking about." I almost fell out of my chair laughing!

I do hope that Alabama completely gets its kinks worked out by the time we play Florida State next year. Unlike NCSU, we're only going to have one shot at them, and I would like nothing better than to thoroughly embarass the Noles. I almost wish we had delayed the game till 2008, so we could recover from the scholarship losses a little more and have more depth.
