Forget LSU. It's now past. On to Mississippi State.

As a resident here, and having to hear some of their moronic comments in person and sports radio, I hope the guys take out their frustration on them and give them the worst whipping they'll get this season.

I'm so sick of them...

Yep. The LSU game is old news. Time to get ready for Miss. St. I am more worried about this game than I was the LSU game.

I agree with you 110% we need to forget about LSU because
I am sick and tired of hearing about them and I am now ready to focus on Miss State and getting some old fashion revenge on them because of the embarrassment we had to go threw last season from the lose that they delivered to us.

MSU will be the second of three really good defenses we face down the stretch. We may have lost tonight, but I think this team is beginning to believe in itself.

I'm scared to death of this game. We really need to win it and the La Mon game in order to get a decent bowl.

LSU's and Auburn's defense will be the best two defense we'll face this season.

We put 34 points on LSU's defense (actually, 27, but Arenas' TD was against some of LSU's defense on speacial teams).

I'm not as worried about State as I was last week.

They're due for a beat-down of moronic proportions.

Time to pay back the favor.

Fellow-MS-resident agreement here.

I arrived in MS 17+ years ago leaning toward MSU over UM as my in-state school of choice. Then I had several years of experience with doggie supporters and with reb supporters.

My in-state allegiance changed. Decisively.

One of my very best friends--a great guy--is a hard-core MSU fan & grad. But he is a very distinctive exception to the rule.

A serious beatdown & dose of "shut-the-heck-up" is requested. And badly needed.

I feel the EXACT same way about the Barn since I'm living here in Auburn

You and I must have arrived at about the same time, lol! Been here since late '90.

I agree about their fans.

Yup, this will be a swing game, it will put us at the 8 win mark that means better bowl matchup, Plus we owe them for the beating the applied last year, This team is just now starting to find its legs, I don't want to see them take a step backwards now just as we are getting better.

Girl, you ought be given a medal of honor for living in Auburn and having to put up with the Charmin crowd. :)

I just went downtown to get something to eat, and they are all still out celebrating the big win over Tenn Tech:rolleyes: Toomer's is snow white.

I was really worried last year when I got a job at the Barn, but with it being the vet school, there are a lot of people who did not go to school there and have no allegiance to the baby Tigers.

As a coastal MS resident, most of my neighbors are either So. Miss. or LSU fans. It really feels like Ol' Miss and Miss St. are in a different state. I am more than happy to have LSU behind us, I'm proud of how our guys played, and now we can look to MSU. They seem to be gettin' a little too uppity up there in Starkville. Time to show 'em how much we appreciated the arse-whoopin' they put on us last year.

If we win the last three then we have a shot at extending our record for most 10-win seasons by winning our bowl game. Plus, we haven't beaten UT and AU in the same season in more than a decade. So there's still a lot left to play for, and it all starts this coming weekend in Starkville. It's time to teach the Bulldogs to behave (granted, they haven't been particularly rowdy, but still).
