As you can see I have been a member for sometime, but post rarely. So when I see all the posts with corndog in them I get confused. So please someone help me, what is a corndog?
Over the past few years, corn dogs have become associated with fans of The Louisiana State University's (LSU) athletic teams. It started in 2003 with an anonymous post on an Auburn University sports message board LSU Fans Smell Like Corndogs, but "took on a life of its own" across the Southern U.S. through email traffic and internet message boards until "Corn Dog" has now become another nickname for an LSU fan. Fans of rival schools have printed up t-shirts with the slogan and have chanted "Corn Dogs!" at LSU teams FTB, and LSU's athletic program and fans are collectively called "CornDog Nation" CornDog Nation.
