This guy is a joke he talks about the playoff system and how BAMA is a mediocer team.. He seems to think that the Texas and Oklahoma game was the BCS title game.. here is the link and some quotes any thoughts

I'm not going to rush out to pick against a JoePa coached team in the national title, not with the talent on the offensive line and the quickness on the defensive front, and I'm sure as shoot not just going to assume Alabama should be in the BCS championship over an undefeated Nittany Lions team. Hasn't the Penn State program over the last 40 years proven to be beyond reproach as far as how it produces in the really, really big games? (But that's another argument for another day.)

Bama got the initial love by throttling Clemson, but with 20/20 hindsight, that really wasn't any better than beating, say, Oregon State (which Penn State did with ease). While throttling Arkansas and Tennessee might seem impressive on paper, and it got the national notoriety, it's not that big a deal. And then there's the eyeball test. If there are issues with the Penn State offense after the first half against Michigan and the entire game against Ohio State, then why are Bama's poor performances in wins over Kentucky and Ole Miss being blown off? The offensive line was shaky and the defense struggled late in those games before holding on for dear life. Don't just throw out the "every week is tough in the SEC" argument. No it's not. Not this year. The conference has already lost seven non-conference games, and there will be more.
I'll give up the Alabama love if it goes unbeaten and beats the Florida/Georgia winner in the SEC title game, the schedule will turn out to be better than Penn State's, but I don't want to hear about how winning at LSU in two weeks is that big a deal. Not after the Tigers got 103 points hung on them by Florida and Georgia. And I really don't want to hear any nonsense about the Auburn game being tough because of the rivalry. This Auburn team sucks. If you're worthy of a national title, you put that team away at home after two drives. I'm not telling the coaches and Harris voters to put Penn State into the No. 2 spot ahead of Alabama. I'm just saying they need to think about it before they do.

Anyone know if this dude has something against us for a particular reason?

That seems like a lot of venom in our direction, IMO.
Pick one.

1 A Bama fan stole his lunch money in 6th grade

2 A Bama fan stole his girlfriend in college

3 A Bama fan dumped his sister at the altar

4 He's really an Auburn fan

5 His ingrown toenails are causing him to lose sleep

Penn State is the tOSU of 2008. They've already shown that by BLOWING through their schedule and barely coming away with a close call over a tOSU team that struggled with Ohio and was killed by U$C.

Please eliminate them from the discussion. Thanks in advance!

Fiutak usually seems pretty fair-minded toward Alabama. Matt Zemek is the one that usually seems to be very anti-Bama, but this year he seems to have backed off a bit.

Maybe Fiutak hadn't taken his medication before he wrote that article.

Did he miss that we have already beaten UGA? He seems to forget that one in doing his schedule comparison, probably because it blows away anything Penn State has done.

Apparently he has forgotten that game. Maybe he realized that the outcome of that game didn't support his argument, so he conveniently ignored it.

I'm honestly baffled how Ole Miss can knock off Florida and yet Florida is still considered a national powerhouse, yet we "barely" beat them and we're a "mediocre" team in some people's eyes. Ah well...all that matters are the wins I guess. I'll take us being solid but unmentioned over being overhyped and lackluster any day.

I tend to agree with exactly what he said. Our wins are not impressive when you look at them. Yes, Georgia was a very big win. Remember we one only owned Georgia half of that game, and thankfully by as much as we did. Every other team has proven themselves weak. LSU, Auburn, Miss St., and Arkansas St. (better team than you might think) are very weak also this year. LSU comparison wise to years past (probably would win the Big 10). Now is Penn St. schedule any better? Shoot no, Minnesota lost to NDSU last year and they only got 1 loss so far this year! The Big 10 is a complete miss this year with Michigan being horrible, and Ohio St. no better than Auburn. He said if Alabama wins the SEC championship he would put us in. I agree with that being what we would need to do. If we lost to LSU or Auburn and won the other game, and beat Arkansas St. and Miss St., and still lost to the winner of Georgia-Florida in the SEC championship we would still be in the Sugar Bowl. If you asked me before this year started if we would be in the Sugar I would have called you crazy. Now I'd call you crazy if we didn't at least get the Sugar. Not to mention I think if we did go we would win that game.
Now who honestly could be disappointed about that!
Screw it, I would right now, lol.:)

Someone should seriously remind that "moron" that Ole Miss beat Florida. And he out of all people should know that teams do actually play harder against top ranked teams to try and knock them off, that's common sense.

It won't matter, if we take care of business we are in the MNC game. Even if down the stretch Penn. St. passes us, the SECCG will vault us back over them and put us playing a no-defense Big 12 school.

All of the above.
A Bama fan not only stole his lunch money in the 6th grade, but then stole his girlfriend in college. When the Bama fan discovered that she had been cheating on him with her Aubie brother, he dumped her at the altar. So now both the Aubie brother and sister lie awake at night complaining to each other about their ingrown toenails.
