Good grief...some head coaches have the intelligence of a head of cabbage! KS st coach should be fired...had a chance to go up 13...went for 2...cost him 2...then played prevent defense..gave up a 3rd and 22...still could win...but does the predictable run/run/throw combo and has to punt with a lot of time for Utah...give up another TD...lose the game..all they needed was a 1st down but he played the clock and the usual sequence of plays seen every week in that situation....so stupid!

I can't really knock the going for 2. The main argument for going ahead and going for it now is that maybe you won't score again, and they didn't score again after that drive.l, so I think that was the right call. The execution was just terrible. But you're right, the defensive playcalling was very questionable

But by giving up 2 it made it a TD/FG game vs a 2 TD game...different mindset at that point. Should have been more aggressive on the first TD to try to end the game then..and then more aggressive with the ball too...played not to lose..rather than to win
