I’m not saying he is innocent or guilty. I’m saying that comparing him to ruggs incident is apples and oranges. If you want to compare Chandler to Ruggs, it would be more apples to apples

Carter was on scene and a cop dismissed him from the scene. If the cop did not follow a protocol on Carter then an investigation should be placed on the officer and police department. He left the scene because an officer dismissed him from the scene after questioning (if that’s misinformation please let me know, this is what I’ve been told/read)

again, I have no idea what happened that night and if Carter is innocent or guilt…. Or if he is guilty exactly what he is guilty of
If he was dismissed from the scene, how do they know what his BAC was? (Or was that someone else?)

nope, they don’t know the BAC… cops dropped the ball on that one especially with diagrams showing his vehicle off road by the scene now

Curiouser and curiouser...

...an Athens-Clarke County police officer pull[ed] Carter over on Sept. 22, 2022, for driving 89 mph in a 45 mph zone. Carter appeared to be driving the same black 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk he was driving on Jan. 15 in the moments before the fatal crash.

In the September video, the officer tells Carter that he had already pulled over two other UGA players for speeding, including one of his teammates, just minutes earlier.

“Y’all need to slow down, dude,” the officer said.

The officer also told Carter that his windows were tinted too dark and violated Georgia law. The officer issued Carter a citation.

“Your break is you’re not going to jail. Because that would make all kinds of news, right?” the officer said.

He needs to never have a license again.
Seems like he thinks he is above the law. Maybe at UG that is a team culture thing. But what really doesn’t make sense to me about this whole situation is the female being the driver of vehicle 1. Females just don’t race like that ….do they?

Apparently, Carter returned to the combine today to "tell his side" to the NFL teams. It already doesn't look good for him for his involvement, but now that they know he was warned on a prior stop for speeding it REALLY doesn't look good. We haven't been that far removed from the Henry Ruggs incident for owners to easily attach what Ruggs did to seeing Jalen Carter's actions progressing to something similar.

At first I didn't see Carter's draft stock falling that much, but now, I can see it plummeting.

He needs to tread very lightly right now...Get caught so much as stretching the truth about this and he's buried.
