In all fairness, Kirby is a great coach.
He just isn’t nearly as great as the greatest ever.
There’s really no shame in that.
The most glaring difference I see from 30,000 feet is that Kirby’s players have far less accountability for their behavior than Saban’s did, and that culture permeates the entire program.
