Tough loss for you guys but you should be proud that your team kept fighting. I think we just got hot today for some reason because it is not often that we see that kind of offense from our team.

Good luck tonight.

We got a little lucky in the first inning with a couple of bloop hits to extend the inning and that gave our hitters confidence. It was very nice to get that lead. I give your boys credit, they kept trying to come back despite the heat. Good Luck tonight.

Why wouldn't you expect that? Tamu has had a good baseball team all year, which is why there were seeded first place.

I think noone expected that of US. I sure didn't.

Anyway, best of luck to both teams. It's gut check time for this fine group of young men. Roll Tide.

SCrammer - I think he was referring to the offensive production. While we have had a good team all year, today was the highest scoring games for us this year. Most of our games have been close, low-scoring games...especially against any team of substance.

Hey, maybe that's why our coach didn't know that it was not proper etiquette to steal with a 10+ run lead. j/k

Tidefan - I think the saying actually goes "maybe if a frog had wings his *** wouldn't drag on the ground".
