On a sad note. One of the great high school football coaches in north Alabama, Tandy Geralds, has died. He passed away at home this morning from a battle with cancer. He coached me in the late eighties at Deshler High in Tuscumbia, AL. Prior to coming to Deshler, I believe he was the head coach at Woodlawn High in B'ham where he coached Tony Nathan.

Here retired from Deshler in 1995 and went to Shoals Christian Acadamy where I believe he was AD. He then started coaching again in Belmont, MS and coached there until recently.
