Good Things That come from LA

Now my Mama always taught me if you can't say something good don't say anything at all. Now, I'm not as saintly as my dear Ma, but I can at least temper the darkness I hold in my heart for the state of Louisiana this weekend by mentioning a few things I am thankful for that come from Louisiana.

1. Hot Sauce. I LOVE Louisiana Hot Sauce.
2. Zydeco
3. Gumbo...even though that could be considered African. We don't play anyone from Africa and it's a lot further away.

Other than what you mention, all I can think of is the music. Nobody does jazz and blues the way it's done in the Big Easy. Top notch.
