I am going to be torn on wanting Greg to do well since I have the Chargers defense in my fantasy league Super Bowl this weekend.
They might also be motivated to prove it wasn't on them...it was on Sanchez for playing poorly.I'm thrilled that Greg gets the start. He deserves the opportunity. I just hope the team surrounding him doesn't lay down because they're out of the playoffs. If they do it will be hard for him to look good.
I have a feeling though that they'll work hard to support him. They seemed to come to life as a whole when he came into the game a couple of weeks ago. Greg's a leader and they seemed to buy into his attitude.
One offensive lineman said, "He's almost cocky in the huddle and that can be a good thing honestly".
Go Greg!

Very good point...They might also be motivated to prove it wasn't on them...it was on Sanchez for playing poorly.![]()
And the answer is...Gene Stallings. Thanks for playing.Pat's Head coach in 1985 was former NFL great Ray Berry. Berry's father, (Raymond Berry Sr.)was a legendary Texas High School coach. Can anyone name one of his former players that went on to play for and eventually coach under another couple of legends?
Hint, he's pretty popular around these parts.
As long as CNS isn't coaching them, I'd be thrilled with that!By some strange twist of fate he'll end up in Cleveland with Trent and they'll win two superbowls together.
I'm more inclined to think it was more on the team than Sanchez. He's played very poorly at times, but from what I've seen the team around him has been horrible. They might also be motivated to prove it wasn't on them...it was on Sanchez for playing poorly.![]()
The Jets are the gift that keeps on giving.
Two bad teams exchanging bad QBs with bad contracts. Regifting?

LOL! If there were any doubt about the insanity of the Jets owners, it's gone now. Add to the loony ward the Eagles mgt...Two bad teams exchanging bad QBs with bad contracts. Regifting?
Call me crazy DD, but if I was you, I'd be rooting for GMac to win out so the Jets draft picks are lower. The Jets are the gift that keeps on giving.
You're under the impression they'd be successful with even a high pick.Call me crazy DD, but if I was you, I'd be rooting for GMac to win out so the Jets draft picks are lower.
This year, there isn't a great QB to pick. They picked the wrong year to stink it up.Call me crazy DD, but if I was you, I'd be rooting for GMac to win out so the Jets draft picks are lower.
Or they picked the best year to stink it up. :biggrin:This year, there isn't a great QB to pick. They picked the wrong year to stink it up.
The Jets got Tebow and a 7th round pick for a 4th and 6th round pick. What did the Jets give the Broncos to get Tebow?
