How many points do you think the Bama offense will need to score to get a win from Georgia.

I’d say 38-45 points.

Bama’s Offense has the potential to put up points like Tenn did on UGA.

Bama’s Defense also had the potential to give up as many points as Tenn did to UGA.

i'm guessing they will come out throwing everything but the kitchen sink at us on both sides of the ball. my hope is that we have the wherewithal to withstand that onslaught and continue our streak of wins over the puppies in the state of georgia

I think that’s exactly what Kirby will attempt.

We’ll need to be able to sustain some drives too to counter and give our Defense some breathing time and a chance to adjust.

If our running game doesn’t improve we will have to be able to dink and dunk in the Passing game to sustain a drive.

Luckily that’s in our wheelhouse now.

We absolutely can NOT continue to have WR drops though.

Those will kill drives and we’ll need to maximize every possession we’ll have.

To me it isn't about how many points, but really if Alabama can have a balanced offense. Alabama is 13th in the SEC in rushing, their top rusher is 35th in the SEC, and they are only handing the ball off 35% of the time.

If Alabama gives up on the run too early, they can end up putting too much pressure on both Ty and the defense. So to me the key is can they have a semblance of a running game or not. If they can't, they're probably going to need to score about 40 to win. Georgia is beatable but the question remains if this Alabama team is the one to do it.
