I would say make it first come first serve for all students andmake everyone swipe their action cards and charge them their $5 right then and there. Also reserve about 200-300 student guest tickets and make those also first come first serve on Monday morning the week before the game at the ticket office. I see this as the only way because right now students are buying tickets with only intentions of selling them to freshmen or other students who can't get them at a rediculous price.
