With all of Florida's motion, fakes and backs coming out of the backfield, will the blitz be as effective against this offense. I also expect to see much of the three-man front like we have been showing this year. With all due respect to the other matchups in this game, I feel our defense against Florida's Offense will be the key matchup in the game. What do you guys think?

Maybe a continuation of the soft zone we have been playing. It is a bend type d that can still attack. That and multiple looks. Am I the only one that is glad that Fla will go man to man on Bama recievers? I think this is a positive.

Florida playing man cover is not a good thing. It means that Florida is putting all the pressure on our WRs to get open and make the plays. But then again it's really stupid to play zone cover when Brodie is back there firing all over. Brodie's quick throwing motion coupled with his rocket arm means any zone defense has no time to react to get to the open man.

I don't think we have to worry about our receivers getting open - I fully believe that they can get open. I'm just worried about them catching the ball whether it's against a zone or man.

UFs corners are small. Dee Webb is 5-11 190, Vernell Brown is 5-8 152. If we can't get off of their jams, then we are in trouble. I am starting to feel more confident about this game. I think it will be close.

Smack them in the mouth. UF has given up more sacks than any other team in the SEC, and Alabama & Florida are # 1 in the SEC in Sacks by.

I'm sure Mr Leak will feel alot of pressure Saturday.

I'm not a very good "armchair quarterback", but I believe if a defense puts enough pressure on an opposing quarterback, then they have a decent chance of winning the game. Give that QB time, and he can pick the defense apart.

Believe it or not, we'll stop the run first and force them into

2 and 3 and longs! If we can get them into predictible passing situations we'll be fine. It allows you to blitz when and how you want and also run our own zone blitz packages. I truly believe our DB's can cover their receivers when we know what they are going to do.

I believe UF's got a bigger problem stopping us then we do of stopping them. Our offense is much more balanced then theirs has been so far this year. I do believe that they'll be a really good team by years end and going into next year, but so far they've only had one real game and they almost lost it.
