It's simple really. We are absolutely CLUELESS on defense!! Utterly clueless!! How many @$%@ 3 pointers do we have to give up before we get it through our thick### skulls that you have to play the passing lane, harrass the perimeter, and take some chances to FORCE them to put the ball on the floor and DRIVE TO THE BASKET!!!!!!!! We look like we have to work ourselves to exhaustion just to get an inch of room on offense while we stand back scare s###less that someone may (GASP)....drive by us. I'd rather give them wide open 5 footers than let them shoot 40 wide open 3s and hit 18 of them. This crap happens every year and Gottfried still can't figure it out. Why can I figure this out and he can't? :mad2:
