Ok, I have to say it, I'm impressed with our BBall team. Sure, we lost to Cornell and FSU, but we also barely lost to #5 Purdue and Top 20 KState, but not by much. We also beat good Baylor and Michigan teams.
Team is much more competitive than I've seen in a long time.

Maybe with a little more talent.... who knows.

I love Grant's up tempo push it up the floor style of play, we used to do that back when Sprewell and Hory played for Wimp, very exciting brand of BBall.

I believe Grant will get us there.

I Don't follow basketball at all. But I DO watch out for Bama BBall.

Apparently we're not TOO good if we're talking like our football fans were a few years ago. When we were getting ready to play Minnesota lol. But no seriously how is our team. and also, have we ever had a NC in BB?

I was wondering if I missed a game (that doesn't really happen). It sure would have been nice to hang on to the Purdue game. Other than that, the team has been impressive. 10 wins going into SEC play is good.

Kansas pulled it out in the end by 5 (at home to continue their 50+ home winning streak), but there is no doubt that Cornell is legit.

We've beaten the teams we're supposed to beat. Lost to the teams that should beat us. And won a couple that we should have lost (on paper anyway).

Considering how thin this team is and the way they're performing for Grant so far, we've all got great reason to be excited about Alabama roundball in the near future IMO.

In Basketball, most teams will go into post season play with between 4 and 10 losses......so, it is very unlike Football in that sense. The way the RPI works is that if you are going to have losses, make sure they are "good" ones, vs strong opponents, and not to Tech State College of Vermont or even Auburn (ha!).......

We have 4 losses, all against teams that are ranked, and NCAA bound. We also have "good" wins vs Providence, Baylor, Michigan, etc......
