Of all of the violations of Antitrust Laws that occur in our country, this one seems like the least important and certainly the least likely to actually be a violation.

Yep, you'll have more kids be willing to go to JUCO because they know it will not affect their eligibility. So it's basically two years of practice and preparation. I also wonder if someone starts out at an FBS school but transfers to a JUCO school do they still have their JUCO years not count against them? If that's the case it really will have a big impact on HS kids because if you've got kids at the FBS level now dropping divisions then they're eating scholarships that otherwise would go to HS kids.
