Hey guys, I just got back from my honeymoon in Colorado so I've been out of the practice loop. I read about Lee and Ryans but are there other serious injuries from practice? And how bad is Dominic Lee?
ROLL TIDE!
PS. Marriage is GREAT!

First things first...

Dominic Lee is still unknown. They were going to do further testing today. At first, it looked really bad and then he was walking by the end of practice. However, it's the same leg that he injured before and they needed time to evaluate it.

Now, as for Marriage being wonderful...call me in 20 years and tell me what you think!

Just kidding, marriage is pretty cool and after 20 years, it is like fine wine...it gets better with age.

Congrats!

Congrats to you too. That's when I got married!

Thanks for the update. Are those the only two injuries?
ROLL TIDE

"the only two injuries" being to the players or that fact that you both just got married? ;)

seriously, congrats to you both.

Well...

We're celebrating our 18th anniversary today - in Vail, CO (however, we're both retreads). I've not only managed to keep up - I've had time to moderate also. That's your problem. You're not moderate enough, youngster. :)

about injuries will be held very close to the chest. Bookies are listening... :)

There is also HIPAA, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act which can stop the release of a players medical info. Every year we have to explain this to those wanting to know who sustained a hangnail in practice.

!

Very good point... Release would require the informed consent of the student-athlete. This staff has not been so restrictive as Fran's, whose policy was no announcement on anything other than season-ending injuries...
