Is Bama Pursuing Chris Humes from Spain Park?

I saw a tweet today from Andrew Bone saying Humes told him he would take an official visit to Bama during January. Is Bama after Humes? I'm not sure why Bama would allow him to take an official during the stretch run for the 2012 class unless he is a serious candidate.

I don't see any room in the 2012 class for Humes. If anything maybe he is being looked at as a recruited walk-on. Just a guess on my part.

saw the bone tweet as well, figured the same CS did. Already have a pretty big DB class hard to spare another. unless its a bad sign for dixon, but there has been no evidence to that.

I don't see us signing him either. But would he really want to be an invited walk-on if he could get a scholarship somewhere else?

TI reporting we are a distant 3rd for Dixon now so we may be looking at other DB's we had not previously looked at.

It was a Miami site that was reporting we went to a distant 3rd, but Dixon told TI that wasnt trueat all.
