In addition to Stover, David Ross has a chance to start from day one (similar to the case of another Homewood player... Evan Mathis). It's probably more unlikely that either Smith (if he commits) or Stover, but an injury or two may open up the door (hope that doesn't happen). BTW, if Stover does start, I'd guess that he would beat Brown out... not D.J. As it stands right now, all of our receivers except Hall and Pro (if he returns) need more "toughness."

They went through the typical things young receivers go through. Ben Obamanu went through a tough spell and became a great receiver. As far as separating from defenders, what games were you watching? Numerous times Brown and Hall just left dbs and brodie just overthrew them. i will agree that brown has 2 get tougher going across the middle, but Hall became a very dependable guy when Pro went down. IN my objective opinion, Hall and brown may be the best tandem in the SEC next year, the only one close is Bowe and DAVIS from LSU. Stover is going to help out alot as well.
