Considering the Sox manager is the same guy who masterminded the Astros scandal, I would use today's punishment as the basis for the Red Sox punishment.

Two years worth of missed draft picks will be tough

Draft picks aren’t as valuable in baseball as other sports. Not saying it won’t hurt some but, I think that is actually not as harsh a penalty as some are making it out to be. Braves got hit harder for less a few years ago with the international prospects scandal. Lost draft picks, 13 prospects, and the GM was banned from baseball for life. Astros got off light compared to that IMO and they cheated in a World Series. Not a single player involved is getting punished so the cheaters will still be WS contenders this year.

How in the world are the players getting a free pass here? This cannot happen without their collusion.

Titles for the Astros and Sox need to be revoked, trophies and rings returned, players suspended, managers banned from the game forever.

Pete Rose got a lifetime ban for far less than this.

Yep. Players need to be suspended at least one year without pay, WS title vacated from the record books and Pete Rose re-instated and immediately put in the HOF.
