There has to be some way to get his butt in line. I don't care even if they have to stuff every bill with WV pork.

For clarity - I don't even dislike the guy. I just see him as a man acting like a republican. There is no room in my life for people who act like that any more.
I don't want him to drop dead. If he does, then the Republican governor will appoint a Republican senator and Mitch McConnell is immediately Majority Leader again.

BTW, pray for the health of Democratic senators, especially for those in states with Republican governors, for the same reason.

On a related note, Kentucky’s governor is a Democrat.

The Bama football players finally dragged Saban off the sidelines and got him to lead a BLM March in Tuscaloosa. I was thrilled to see it.

I would like the team to ask Saban to appeal to his good and long time buddy Manchin to please not block voting rights protections for minorities. Saban endorsed Manchin when he was running, its time for Saban to chime again about his childhood friend.

the issue is too serious for anybody to stay impartial. In my opinion, it’s all hands on deck. There is too much at stake to keep your powder dry. I think Saban might could shame and sway Manchin better than anybody else could.

Friendships aside, I'm afraid Manchin only looks out for Manchin...

I've said this before and I'll say this again people need to stop getting their panties in a wad about Manchin. He's the best we are going to get out of WV. If you want to point fingers at someone, point fingers at voters in states that were supposed to flip their Senate seats blue and failed to deliver.
