Kerry's problem is he got screwed by the 18-21 year olds because they all registered to vote but the only ones who voted were Republicans...and he still doesn't want to admit that he lost and money couldn't do a dang thing about that!

And who is responsible for setting up and running the voting processes in Democratic districts? Democrats. So, Kerry just basically said that Republicans are competent in their jobs while his Democrat cohorts are not.

Congratulations John Kerry. You just followed up a trip in the Middle East complaining about your President to the leaders of Syria and Egypt with blaming your constituents for your loss.

On a brighter note, notice the occasion and site of his speech. Kerry is trying shore up the party's black vote, which may be seeping away to Republicans. It's a fair index of how far Democrats have fallen. Black vote used to come in at 95 percent with no encouragement. I'm betting the DNC has data indicating the Democrats' main remaining power base is in jeopardy.
