Logan Young's case

From what I have heard on other boards. They have granted an extention for fulmer to find the tapes. Court date, july 26.

Trusting Lard Bucket the way I do (which is not at all), this ruling would allow him and culpeeper to make new tapes so that they can "make things fit" the way they said things happened. If the tapes are then "found", I'm not sure if I could believe what's on them. I know this sounds very far fetched, but I just don't trust anything Phatso says or does anymore.

RTR & GBA

1. The court has granted a continuance until July for the tapes to be produced.

2. The motion for the case to be dismissed was not ruled on. Evidently other issues such as the tape matter need to be resloved before the judge decides on the motion to dismiss.

3. Gallion to depose Johnny Majors.

That's all I know right now. I just got home and I'll update as I find out more detail.

From a court observer:

Neal told the judge that he had gotten a document that he didn't understand and from what I could hear, it was filed by Hagood about the mysterious tapes. Neal said the document was not notarized and was not issued under oath but the bottom line was there was no release of the tapes today. He will file a motion related to the tapes. Hagood did not appear in court again. The next hearing date will be July 26. On another issue, Shanks was also in court today and he was walking with difficulty and still using the cane.

One other note on Majors. The only reason for a deposition if you already know what the witness will say, this is
a matter of getting it officially in as sworn testimony.
