He was in a car wreck for goodness sake. You crash a car after 2am and you're very likely going to get tested, college town or not.

He was in a car wreck for goodness sake. You crash a car after 2am and you're very likely going to get tested, college town or not.

Missed the part about the car wreck - but I still make a distinction between a fender bender and t-bone. He completely got what he deserved but I'm going to alter my judgment depending on the circumstances.

If I was a teammate I would kick his butt so hard he wouldn't be able sit down for a year. In addition, I would tell my other teammates that if they did anything similar that was only a small sample of what they would get.
