With the qualifying situation clearing up, Marcel Stamps has been asked to report this summer rather than grayshirting.
Prior reports said his 40 time was 4.55. Recently watched some old clips of him available on BOL and he looked FAST on offense and a real big time hitter on defense.
His high school coach said, in a recent article, that Marcel had been working out very hard and the coach had recently timed him in the 4.3 range. Even considering the inaccuracies of hand held timing at that level, 4.3 is fast!
Sounds like we may have a real contributor arriving. Hope he has good hands.
