Man, I hate that for Mark and our team. At least this is a position where we have some good depth, but tough to lose a leader and proven playmaker. :frown:
Get well Mark!
Get well Mark!
Penn State is the only game I fear without Ingram playing. We definitely need him back for Arkansas. Thank goodness we have good depth at RB.Gentry Estes tweeted that, based on the injury, it's most likely going to keep him out of Penn State and Duke as well... bringing him back for the Arkansas game.
That's probably a reasonable timeline.....Gentry Estes tweeted that, based on the injury, it's most likely going to keep him out of Penn State and Duke as well... bringing him back for the Arkansas game.
I like that. A much fresher Mark Ingram for the bulk of our tough schedule. Could be a blessing in disguise.Gentry Estes tweeted that, based on the injury, it's most likely going to keep him out of Penn State and Duke as well... bringing him back for the Arkansas game.
I know CNS doesn't like playing on emotion, but I like the psychological lift this could be to the team and MI going into that particular game.... bringing him back for the Arkansas game.
THIS.I like that. A much fresher Mark Ingram for the bulk of our tough schedule. Could be a blessing in disguise.
THIS^^^^^^ I say hold him out till SEC starts. On the other hand we will be fine no matter what happens.I like that. A much fresher Mark Ingram for the bulk of our tough schedule. Could be a blessing in disguise.
I'm thinking another blessing would be if it caused CNS to move Jalston Fowler to RB.I like that. A much fresher Mark Ingram for the bulk of our tough schedule. Could be a blessing in disguise.
wasn't that "just" a bruised patella - not sure....Mark had knee trouble last year as well didn't he(and still won the Heisman)???..
Still have 4 RBs without Ingram--Rich., Lacy, Goode, GrantI'm thinking another blessing would be if it caused CNS to move Jalston Fowler to RB.
I agree by the Ark game he should be healthy and chompin' at the bit :BigA:I say hold him out til Arkansas. We should be ok with TR and EL for SJS, PS and Duke! Keep him out til the SEC play starts and he's 100%.
I'm thinking another blessing would be if it caused CNS to move Jalston Fowler to RB.
He is/was such a good bruiser back. I was very surprised when he was with the LBs in the spring, though CNS may intend Marrow to play this role eventually.May explain why Fowler isn't on the depth chart at linebacker this week.
