CO has been effective at times but I'll admit that I expected him to be a little smoother around the rim. I thought that, between him and Sherrell, Grant would more or less be released to play the #4 permanently. It just hasn't worked out that way...
Sherrell’s lack of minutes interests me. His development in the college game may be coming along slower than intended. May have realized last night that his youth and inexperience would be a problem with a team like UH and just let him be a cheerleader.

Oh lord, another super late tip off.. Guess I'll just be tired for Turkey day.

Feel sorry for the folks that aren't able to take a pre-game nap.

My alarm is set for 5:20am during the week (including tomorrow) couldn't watch this game without the nap. :)

... Should be an easier matchup?
... easier matchup? If you mean "than Houston", I can only hope so.

Rutgers has two bonafide studs that will be a challenge to guard, and they are gonna get their points (as Cryer did last night), but maybe the other three Rutgers guys won't be so hard to manage.

Houston had a smothering defense, and I think we only survived that because we wore them down with our tenacity. If Rutgers gives us some room, I expect BAMA to get it done. :)

And I imagine Cliff will have extra motivation to have a great game!

I'm guessing that could work both ways. Extra motivation could apply to Cliff, and his former coach and teammates. :)

Maybe I’ll actually get to watch this game in total tonight. My mother in law (91 yo) has been sick with a severe cold. Been treating her with everything under the sun. Lucky it hasn’t progress to pneumonia. Both my in law have advanced dementia.

The only thing worse than a father in law with dementia is a father in law with dementia that is a retire physician. Every five minutes last night he screamed at us to “give her something for her cough”, unable to remember we JUST DID. 😂😂😂

Her physician put her on an albuterol inhaler, cough suppressants and we started giving steroids. May it will take the edge off the cough so I can catch the game.
