Not Alabama related but too major not to share. Seeing MJ talking and analyzing basketball will be must watch tv.
I have a feeling it won't be the cookie cutter type role that many have had before him. Charles and Shaq have done a pretty good job of talking basketball over the last decade or so while also not losing their personality and brand of who they are. I see MJ doing something similar but maybe just a little more serious in tone. That will be very interesting to watch. Kinda surprised he's doing it, never saw him taking an "analyst" type role.
A.) Jordan doesn't need the job. I don't see him worrying about what the producers or censors think of his takes.I can hear the GOAT make a comment along the lines of “I’d have hit that shot”. I can also see him griping about the absolute lack of any semblance of defense being played. I guess it’s going to depend on how brash he is.
We old school brother. When I asked some kids in my class the other day if they had watched Crocodile Dundee and they looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language it was a sign...If MJ is "old school," I must be getting really old![]()
Surely not. If so I will be extremely let down.By "special contributor" my money is that he's gonna do "heartwarming" mini-documentary / tom rinaldi- type stories that I tend to hate in most situations. I predict that he's not going to analyze anything.
I’d love for him to actually do analysis because he’d be great.By "special contributor" my money is that he's gonna do "heartwarming" mini-documentary / tom rinaldi- type stories that I tend to hate in most situations. I predict that he's not going to analyze anything.
We can argue who the greatest was but Jordan will always be the greatest competitor I have seen in my lifetime. It didn't matter if it was flipping quarters, playing 1 on 1, or hop scotch Jordan was playing to win and embarrass you.I’d love for him to actually do analysis because he’d be great.
This is one of my favorite clips from the Last Dance:
Just two of the Best Defenders ever talking strategy on how to adjust defensively in crunch time and secure the WIN.
I agree with everyone else though he would be very abrasive in criticism of today’s players even though it would be justified.
