This is an opinion i share and if you're wondering how he will do in the draft chase said it better than anyone
JM will score high on the Wunderlich unless he takes too long to answer (he's by all accounts intelligent, but not a fast processor, and the Wunderlich is timed). He will run a fast 40. He'll probably throw a pretty ball to receivers against air. Some NFL scout/GM may think he can be the next Kordell Stewart, who was a second round pick (#60 overall). Compare his stats...

Stewart had an 11 year NFL career. He has stats as a QB, a runner, a receiver, a defender, and even as a punter. His versatility earned him the nickname "Slash" as in, he plays QB slash RB slash WR. JM's college passing stats overall are better than Kordell's, and I'm fairly certain JM is a better athlete. Someone will take him before the end of round 2 (I'd bet by pick 48), but that's not to say it'll be with the intention of making him a fulltime NFL QB...
