I worked for someone a lot like Elon Musk, but not as visionary.

I won’t bore you with the gory details. But I will say that it won’t end well for Musk.

Something from that article that really stuck out

....Twitter still has to pay $1.3 billion in debt annually for its own leveraged buyout. Twitter has never made $1.3 billion in a year......
You sure? I don't keep up with it but a quick google search seemed to indicate that Twitter eclipsed $1.3B in revenue in the fourth quarter alone in 2020. Looks like it's been averaging $3.7B in annual revenue for the last few years, eclipsing $5B in 2021.

Yeah they don’t make profit. They turned a profit in 2019 after a decade of losses. Then only had a 221 million net loss last year

You don't make debt service out of revenue. You make debt service out of net cash flow, what Musk has been complaining about crashing (mostly because of his own actions). He wasn't kidding about bankruptcy. I see it coming unless there are some changes. He doesn't know how to run a media company. A lot of regretful investors are about to find out...

Enron didn’t make cash flow for at least three years before they went belly up. And yet it was a surprise to some.
