I'm in ATL and just got mine. Not that it matters because I was home, but the driver rang the doorbell and left. I was fully expecting to open the door to sign for them yet looked down and saw the envelope laying there. That could have been a huge issue when the envelope clearly stated "Signature required".

Just happy to have them! Roll Tide!

You can't count on UPS to do anything right.

These are the most true words ever spoken on this board. UPS tracking shows my tickets shipped from Arkansas on 8/4, arrived in Memphis 8/4, went to Montgomery on 8/5, got to Birmingham at 3:00 this morning, out for delivery at 5:01 a.m., and then at 6:29 a.m., it says "Receiver requested hold for a future delivery date / Delivery rescheduled."

As I had made no request whatsoever, I was concerned about some kind of fraud. So I called UPS customer service. After navigating their voice menu, I got a reasonably helpful lady who said she would send a message to the local UPS facility, and I would get a call within 60 minutes. A little over 2 hours later, I got a call from the Birmingham facility. This lady told me that the tickets actually have not made it to Birmingham yet, despite what the tracking system shows. UPS expects them to arrive in Birmingham this weekend for delivery Monday or Tuesday. She said other ticket holders in the Birmingham area will have the same problem.

I'm not sure what to make of all this. Why would the system show "arrival scan" and "out for delivery" in Birmingham if in fact the package is not in Birmingham??? The lady gave me a nonsensical answer about how the tickets were set up for a "forward scan" and thus the system was "updating automatically even though the package wasn't actually here." If true, this basically means the whole UPS tracking system is a sham.

I've always had much better luck with Fed Ex than with UPS, and I don't know why the University continues to use them with all the problems that have been documented over the years.

In any event, if anyone in Birmingham has similar problems, I'd love to know about it. Here's hoping tickets arrive safely next week.

Club level has no affect on when they will be delivered. All tickets were shipped on Aug 4. Delivery is based upon final destination.

I got mine, but friends of mine in Birmingham had the same thing happen to them. My UPS driver asked if I had waited on him Wednesday. Apparently, several people on his route had gotten emails that their tickets would be delivered on Wednesday and had waited for them. My email said they were being shipped Wednesday with delivery on the 6th, 9th, or 10th. Yesterday, the UPS tracking said delivery was scheduled for the 10th, but they were in Montgomery, so I knew they'd be here today.

There is a glitch every year. With the number of tickets going out, you know there are going to be goofs, but the Birmingham deal is ridiculous!

I just got mineee.

Ahhh AWESOME!!! and no do not think the numbers on the florida and barn tickets are coincidence! :) LOVE IT!

I wonder when mine will come - they aren't tide pride - i won them - so don't know if that means they are shipped at a different time. I do know they will ship them to the Regions Office in Bham.

I did not get mine even though they showed out for delivery, two hours later it showed that they had been rescheduled. UPS says UA agreed to let them deliver over three days because of the "volume" UA says they did not know about that so go figure. I say we paid for two day air but it will take up to 6 days in Birmingham. They also would not let me go pick them up because they said they are all in a big room and they couldnt find just one. Coach Saban needs to take over this Process as well

I'm in Chattanooga and I got mine today eventhough the USP tracking said they would be delivered on 8/10. Did not have to sign for them and no one rung the doorbell. Typical for UPS.

On a brighter note, the ticket design is stunning. Can't wait to be part of the 101,000!!!!
