Wow. What a mess. Thanks for posting this. The one thing in this I do know anything about is that the state parties getting dismissed was as predictable as the sun rising in the east -- the average second semester law student would have been able to get that motion granted. I'm not sure I understand why they decided to go that route in the first place.
I think its already been mentioned some time ago in this thread, but so much of this brings back bad memories of the late 90s early 2000s. Sends shivers down my spine, to be honest.
