I don't know how the process goes, so I don't know that he will dress Saturday. If they gave him equipment and a jersey, I'd guess he would, but I'm ignorant to this process.
Punting 70 yards might get him some double duty as a punter as well......and maybe he could be a holder as well. Good luck young man!!

Most definitely, can't say from what I've seen (highschool videos) that I'd want anyone else kicking for Alabama. No pun intended for the young man you are talking about, seems like a great kid.I'm sure Cade Foster will have something to say about that

Just found out that Kolby won't dress for the game Saturday. Again, not sure about the process, but he's got a number and a jersey. Maybe he'll be on the sidelines with his jersey on, not in pads. His dad wanted to go bird hunting this weekend anyway. Now, NEXT WEEK, let's hope he dresses!!! Even if not, he is still practicing with BAMA!!!!!!!!!!!

It's a great reminder of how much it takes just to get to go though warm ups and stand on the sideline with a uni on. May we appreciate that much more what these guys accomplish.

Ok; I am confused (old age) who is that a pic of? FWIW; I live just a few minutes in the DFW area from Cade Foster and he (Southlake) plays in the same district as my kids high school... I missed our hs game against Southlake as I was in T Town for the Vile game but Cade was apparently putting every kickoff ten yards out of the end zone.

It's been brought up that he could possibly want to play MLB somewhere. Though Bama wants him as a kicker. Now, he would be crazy to not want to play at Bama, but who knows? I want the best for our team, like any fan, but I hope the best for our team is Kolby Taylor donning the Crimson and White!!!
He sounds like a great kid and very strong kicker, but I don't get the part where he's joining the team right now. Has he already graduated from HS?
is he a recruit for '10? What with being issued a uni and a number, sounds like he'll be on the side-line as a player. Explain further, please.
