Looks like they just assimilated the recruiting site (rollwiththetide.com/net?) and made it the new coach's site. I love it. I like that they're using the 63 Boyz Bama Anthem...it's young, fresh, and easy to get stuck in your head.

The flash intro is a little too dark.
I'd drop the rap song off of the tail-end of the intro. I'd replace that with the standard banner theme by the Million Dollar Band.
The second intro page is unnecessary. This information should be communicated on the index, but for some reason it isn't.
The Rammer Jammer rap song on the index is awful. I don't know who the target audience is, but I'm in my mid-20's and even I fought the compulsion to exit the browser immediately.
The index page is too dark. Some examples: Crimson text on black is difficult to read. The countdown clock is a dim sort of gold color - most scoreboards are lit, either white or bright yellow.
Scrolling in the information pages doesn't seem function properly on any of the pages.
Videos for the SEC Championships are a welcome feature.
Audio of Coach Bryant is also a welcome feature. I wish there was a way to listen to this audio as I click around the website, instead of that god awful rap song.

It's great to see the site finally step up & find the 21st Century . It is a bit much for my taste but , I do think it's very well formatted for the age group it's targeting . JMO
Exactly. The kids playing the game probably love it, and that's all that matters anyway. Another + recruiting tool.

I agree.
It's a little much for me, but I was raised on BAMA football in the Bryant era, so I doubt I'm part of the demographic that site is aimed at. :wink:
