Even if we win in a big way this Saturday, I don't think we will know how much we have improved until we play Wisconsin. If we were to lose against ULM then CKD is done.

But I can't imagine this happening Saturday after this past week's debacle. I mean, if that doesn't have their attention to play better, and we lose, yeah, we are toast and CKD won't survive until next Monday.

Anything's possible, but their immaturity and inconsistency would suggest they'll be fired up the next few games. The Vandy-Mizzou stretch after a bye + UGA will be where the season is defined

Wouldn't we need to go from an "F" to an "A" to average out to a "C?"

I don't think we can expect a "miracle" game where everything looks "fixed" but if we can't look a lot better against ULM we are in deeper trouble than we thought!

My point is, if your kid makes a 40 on their first exam and a 70 on the next, that would be a vast improvement. CNS always said there are two types of people, high achievers and those who just get by. I see our current culture as being the latter. A C effort is fine with them .

This weekend, it's not JUST about getting a win. HOW we win will be the second most important thing behind getting the win. If we win but show any signs of things that happened last weekend against Fla St, the heat will just get hotter for this staff and team. I've been a Bama fan too long to think that just a win Saturday is going to be enough to start calming the waves.

Yeah a 38-21 type win, while clearly better than losing the game, will do nothing to calm all of this down.

We need to execution, a solid game plan, and effort/confidence and it needs to be a dominant win.

There need to be carcasses lying on the field of ULM players after the game. Anything short of a massive beatdown and the heat will only get hotter in T-Town.

I have said if we are in a 10-14 point game going into the 4th quarter we have some serious issues with this team
